This notice explains how Global Host Links handles personal information connected with this website.
What this website collects
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that may process technical information about your browser to tell people from automated programs; it is used only on the contact page. If you email us or use the enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to send (for example your name, organisation, email address and your requirement).
Website enquiry form
What we collect. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company or organisation, business email, country, enquiry type, subject and message, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We also record the date and time, the page you used and the website language.
Why. We use this information only to read, route and answer your enquiry and to keep a business record of the correspondence.
How it is handled. The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam. Your enquiry is then sent by email to our company mailbox (info@globalhostlinks.com or procurement@globalhostlinks.com, depending on the enquiry type) using Cloudflare and Google Workspace, which act as our service providers. The form itself does not store your enquiry in a website database, and our technical logs do not record your name, email address or message.
Retention. Enquiry emails are kept as business correspondence under the retention and rights described below.
Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the form, such as passwords, bank or card details, identity numbers, health information or confidential tender documents. If documents are needed, we will tell you how to send them.

How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to you, to prepare quotations or supplier assessments you have asked for, and to keep a business record of the correspondence.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to answer your enquiry (for example with a supplier you have asked us to approach) or where the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose above and for legal or accounting obligations. You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
